Tsung-Mei “Connie “ Tsai is a California Acupuncture Board Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) and Chinese herbalist. She came from Taiwan, and had also completed the Training Program in Chinese Herbal Medicine at the Hospital of the Nanjing University Of Chinese Medicine, Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM and Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic, in Nanjing, China. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at Five Branches University in California, USA.
Also, Tsung-Mei is an avid learner and is committed never to stop learning to enrich her knowledge and abilities. She has practiced with many professional acupuncturists and professors in China, Canada, Taiwan, and the United States. She believes that acupuncture is not only just needles, but it also can reclaim a patient's quality of life.
Moreover, Tsung-Mei believes that stress and emotions can be very important factors in impacting health conditions, so she emphasizes a holistic healthcare approach.
Tsung-Mei Tsai has devoted many services in the Bay Area (San Jose, Cupertino, Fremont, Pleasanton and Livermore). She has founded the Relife Health Group and Acupuncture, Inc., and maintains a private practice at Relife Acupunture in Fremont.

She has provided many speeches or free clinics for Fremont Centerville Presbyterian Church, Sliver Doller Fairground Evacuation Center in Chico, CA, Global Federation of Chinese Business Women-Northern California (GFCBWNC), Evergreen Healthy Vegetarian Association, Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation, Silicon Valley Taiwanese American Industrial Technology Association, Bliss & Wisdom of America, Taiwanese Evergreen Academy of Northern California, South Bay Taiwan Association of Northern California (SBTA), and Senior Taiwanese Association of Northern California.
She also has had a lot of volunteer experiences and became the 11th Vice President of GFCBWNC, the 10th Secretary-General of GFCBWNC, the 9th Vice Secretary-General of GFCBWNC, the 46th Director of SBTA, and the Stage Director of the 7th annual Kids n' Fun Festival, and the 8th Vice President of Taiwanese Culture & Sports Association.
